How They Work

Each light-weight patented chicklet is filled with non-toxic gel like you’d find in an ice pack.
Freeze for at least 4 hours in the Free Freezable Travel Pouch.
Enjoy up to 30 minutes of instant cooling relief depending on your environment.
Necklaces: Super light-weight with easy to use magnetic clasp.
Bracelets: Easy-to-wear elastic wrist band. Cools your inner-wrist pulse point.

Sizes:

All come with a cooling freezer pouch.
Necklaces come in 18" and 20".
Bracelets come in two sizes:
- Size 6- includes 6 beads and fits any wrist 6 1/2" or smaller.
- Size 7- includes 7 beads and is recommend for wrists greater than 6 1/2".

FINAL SALE: All jewelry, art, seasonal items, books, food, and sale items are final sale. All special orders must be pre-paid and are final sale.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT: For non-sale items that are in their original, unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, unstained, and unaltered condition, we are pleased to accept purchases for store credit or exchanges. The items should have their original tags attached. If your items meet these criteria, please get in touch with us at orders@houseofhazen.com within 14 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will process your request within 2-3 business days and issue a store credit. Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

DAMAGES: We are committed to ensuring that your ordered items reach your doorstep in a timely manner and without any damages or defects. If you believe that you have received an item with an imperfection, please contact us at orders@houseofhazen.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in our inability to process a return or replacement for you. To facilitate the process, please follow these steps:

Take a photo of the damaged or defective item, either inside or next to its original packaging.
Send an email to orders@houseofhazen.com with the subject line "Damage." Include the photos, order number, and a brief note specifying the damaged item(s).
