EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT: For non-sale items that are in their original, unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, unstained, and unaltered condition, we are pleased to accept purchases for store credit or exchanges. The items should have their original tags attached. If your items meet these criteria, please get in touch with us at orders@houseofhazen.com within 14 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will process your request within 2-3 business days and issue a store credit. Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
DAMAGES: We are committed to ensuring that your ordered items reach your doorstep in a timely manner and without any damages or defects. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in our inability to process a return or replacement for you. To facilitate the process, please follow these steps:
