Please note that the policies mentioned below are applicable exclusively to online purchases.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY Within 3 business days of placing your order, we will initiate the processing, and it will be shipped within 5 days. You will receive an email containing USPS or UPS tracking information shortly after your order placement.

CANCELLATIONS Regrettably, we cannot accommodate order cancellations once they have been placed. If your order is currently being processed or has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy provided below.

VARIATIONS While we strive to present our items as accurately as possible, please bear in mind that due to digital color calibration and the unique nature of some of our finds, there may be slight variations in colors and finishes compared to the image displayed on our website. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us at orders@houseofhazen.com, and we will gladly provide you with additional information regarding our products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES For non-sale items that are in their original, unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, unstained, and unaltered condition, we are pleased to accept returns for store credit and exchanges. The items should have their original tags attached. If your items meet these criteria, please get in touch with us at orders@houseofhazen.com within 14 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will process your request within 2-3 business days and issue a refund in the form of store credit. Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the aforementioned criteria. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

DAMAGES We are committed to ensuring that your ordered items reach your doorstep in a timely manner and without any damages or defects. If you believe that you have received an item with an imperfection, please contact us at orders@houseofhazen within 3 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in our inability to process a return or replacement for you. To facilitate the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged or defective item, either inside or next to its original packaging.
  2. Send an email to orders@houseofhazen.com with the subject line "Damage." Include the photos, order number, and a brief note specifying the damaged item(s).

All jewelry, seasonal items, books and sale items are final sale.  All special orders must be pre-paid and may not be returned.
